Our first bakery opened in early December of 2015. It is located at the Peerswick Mall at Church Corner along Riccarton Road, Christchurch. With no advertising and too much fanfare, we silently opened our doors at around 9am to, surprisingly, a big anticipating crowd. Our first batch of Pandesal, that sweet, salty, and crumbly bread, was sold out in a few minutes. Since then, we have been known to sell only the freshest, just-off-the-oven breads and pastries that our master bakers, Danrib and Lalith, whip out and bake every day of the week.

In the middle of the Church Corner complex is the Peerswick Mall. You can find us down from where V-Mart is (if you are coming from the parking area), or just after the old bookstore (if you are walking from Riccarton Rd.)
